　　Luther Crest, A Diakon Lutheran Senior Living Community --- Located in Allentown with easy access to Route 78, Route 22 and Route 476. Luther Crest is a large Continuing Care Retirement Community with a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, along with a personal care community. Luther Crest is seeking skilled and caring individuals to be part of Diakon's Many Hands One Heart team. Employees are able to use Luther Crest's state-of-the-art Wellness Center including a fitness center, spa, and indoor heated Olympic-size pool. 

　　General Responsibilities:

　　Provides individualized care to residents according to each resident's care plan.Lifts, moves, transfers and transports residents.Assists in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment. Education/Training: Active PA Nurse Aide Certification required.

　　Experience: None required.

　　ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
