About Change Managment Specialist

  Carlisle Companies has an exciting opportunity for a Change Management professional to join our organization at our Carlisle Construction Materials HQ in Carlisle, PA. As a Change Management Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization. As Change Management Specialist you will create and execute plans, foster stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective communication and training to achieve measurable outcomes and successful implementation of organizational changes.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  Support communication efforts by designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications within the organization. This includes crafting messages, creating strategies, and overseeing the dissemination of information to specific audiences.Support training initiatives by contributing insights, documenting requirements, and assisting in both the design and delivery of training programs. Responsibilities also include creating training content, preparing trainers, and ensuring the effectiveness of the training through measures and evaluations.Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics.Consult and coach project team members and managers involved in the projects.Pursue the plans execution, measure success metrics and monitor change process.Coordinate efforts with other specialists.Evaluate and ensure user readiness.Track and report issue.Create and control data related to the people aspects of the project.Other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  Reasonable understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.Experience with Instructional Design and training.Experience with change management models and tools.Good communication skills navigating all kind of audiences and channels.Active listening.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Flexible and adaptable.Problem solving and root cause identification skills.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Familiarity with project management approaches.Excel: creating pivot tables, using VLOOKUP, data manipulation.PowerPoint: graphic design skills and storytelling abilities through presentations.Education and Experience:

  Required:

  Bachelor's degree

  4 years of experience with training, preferably in corporative environmentsMinimum of 2 years of experience in organizational development programs/projectsPreferred:

  Change management certification

  Experience with Internal Communication in corporative environments#LI-AF1
