Description We are in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our growing company in the automotive sector. This role presents a short-term contract employment opportunity in the bustling city of Pearl River, New York. The CFO will work in conjunction with the current CFO and COO, focusing on Mergers Acquisitions, business valuations, financial planning, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the expansion of the company by actively participating in Mergers Acquisitions (M A)

• Evaluate potential deals and conduct thorough due diligence

• Perform business valuations and create financial forecasts for new and existing business ventures

• Handle banking and financial management tasks, including capital management and cash flow analysis

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability

• Manage cash flow effectively to ensure the organization's financial health

• Spearhead process improvements in the finance department to boost efficiency and accuracy

• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders. Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a senior financial leadership role

• Proficient in Capital Management and Cash Flow Analysis

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Mergers Acquisitions (M A) is required

• Demonstrated experience in Business Valuation

• Strong knowledge and previous experience in managing Bank Relations and Business Banking Relationships

• Must have the ability to make strategic decisions based on financial analysis

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
