Responsibilities:

　　Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.Provide emotional support to patients and their families.Provide care for patients with behavioral health needs or special needs.
