　　POSITION OVERVIEW:

　　Collaborates with the Clinic Office Nurse and/or Provider in providing basic nursing care for clinic patients. Receives direction from: Nurses, Providers, Coordinators and Clinical Managers/Supervisors.

　　EDUCATION:

　　MT CNA Certification, required.LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

　　MT CNA Certification, required.

　　BLS, required.

　　Follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as dictated by State/Federal licensure regulations, required.

　　KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

　　Medical Terminology, required.

　　Key Boarding Skills, required.

　　Basic Office Skills, required.
