Certified Nursing Assistance - CNA needed to provide professional services at our facility.

　　Responsible for all patient care. Monitor patients and delivers services as per the Client's Plan of Care as directed by nursing staff. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient treatment care plans.

　　HIPAA : Demonstrates confidentiality through a conscious effort to keep all personal information private. This may include the resident's identity, physical or psychological condition, emotional status, or financial situation.

　　Assisting with the facility's activities, including providing quality, timely, and necessary care to its residents and operating within the limits of local, state and federal regulations. Functions may include; transporting residents to dining areas, passing meal trays and assisting residents with tray set-up, assisting with feeding residents who are not considered high risk, dining schedules and assignments, and completes tasks within safety and regulatory guidelines.

　　And other duties as necessary.

　　Must be a high school graduate or have a GED. And have a Certified Nursing Assistance Certificate.

　　Day and Night Shifts needed. All applicants must have drug screening and Act 33 & 34 clearances.
