　　This position will have 2nd shift hours from Thursday thru Monday 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Coordinates, identifies and requests shared samples.

　　· Addresses and responds to specimen inquiries throughout the day.

　　· Corresponding with other laboratory support groups to resolve client inquiries and concerns.

　　· Review test orders prior to specimen processing to ensure sample type is appropriate and all necessary information is included, such as identifying mis-orders and contacting corresponding with other laboratory support groups to obtain information necessary to complete testing performed at CMBP.

　　· Adhere to the laboratory’s quality control policies and maintains appropriate logs and records as required.

　　· Adhere to the laboratory’s safety and compliance policies.

　　· Maintain 5S responsibilities.

　　Requirements

　　· Requires a H.S. diploma with 0-3 years of medical or healthcare experience

　　· Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

　　· Attention to detail and critical thinking skills

　　· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

　　· Previous experience working in a lab setting preferred, but not required

　　· Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
