About Center Director - Harlowton

　　HOURS: 40hrs/wk (reduced hours in summer)

　　WAGE: $25.10 - $25.68

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　BA/BS in Early Childhood, Human Services or related field, may consider an Associate's Degree..

　　Experience working within Head Start and families preferred.

　　DUTIES:

　　Supervises direct service staff and is responsible for the day to day management, enrollment and recruitment, attendance and educational services.

　　Promotes parent involvement through collaborative partnership, which encourages educational, social and development of all Head Start families.

　　Engages in regular communication with parents and children; provides education, information and support using home visits, parent contacts, and family engagement/education and parent meetings.
