Base Salary Ranges (See Education Section): GS-02: $34,803 - $41,985 GS-03: $35,499- $43,590 GS-04: $36,224 - $47,088 Responsibilities As a participant in the Pathways Intern Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position. Serve as trainee in contracting working closely with team leader and supervisor in a training capacity on assigned tasks. Observe and assist contract specialists to develop skills in contracting. Perform a variety of limited technical tasks designed to familiarize the incumbent with regulatory guidelines, terminology, procedures and techniques of the government.
