Description:

　　Provide leadership to identify key success factors for civil crews. • Concrete services, quality, crew performance and construction cost. • Direct activities of crew and assist for electrical, civil and structural construction. • Read and redline engineering drawings. • Install Radio EQ, power plants and batteries. (indoor/outdoor sites) • General telecommunications civil construction experience. • Ability to work on and around electrical components (including but not limited to) wiring DC circuit, conduit installations, cabling, grounding and various connectors. • Perform form setting and set layout.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　5-7 years of field supervision within the telecommunications field is required. • Experience working on and around electrical components. • Understanding of cell site construction. (Rooftop and Ground sites, no tower work) • Desire to succeed and learn new skills. • Commitment to excellence and high standards. • Strong organizational skills • Acute attention to detail • Ability to manage priorities and workflow. • Ability to complete COD/Photos daily reports. • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. • Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly. • Driver License • Ability to travel is required
