Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I Critical Environment Program Manager , you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities

Establish strong working relationships with Global and country teams.
Create Regional planning best practices and standards to facilitate the prioritisation of value add work, uptime, extend asset life span,
Contribute to global teams efforts to create global programs
Source insights, queries, and innovations from local team on best practice, standards and innovations
Create a regional consensus and act as the regional voice on global programs.
CMMS
Develop SME knowledge in CMMS system and metrics
Create, monitor, and control CMMS metrics
Planning
Drive consistency in local teams planning methodology across our sites.
Monitoring local team adherence to regional and global best practices and standards.
Ensure maintenance plans and schedules are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals.
Develop a resource management plan
Create local level and regional level reporting.
Commercial
Contribute to maintenance contract RFI and RFP
Project management and change management
Project manage and coordinate local teams alignment to new standards and best practices.
Approve annual maintenance schedules
Lease portfolio
Assist with the review of annual maintenance schedules
Partner with lessors to share best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or critical environment industry.Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU).
Large scale, multi-site or country level maintenance program lead experience.
Basic Data analysis - certification or practical experience
Certified maintenance qualifications or PMP certification
Proficient in CMMS, Excel, PowerBi
Electrical of mechanical or electrical trade qualification
3+ years experience working on large scale projects.
