CDOC Psychologist Hiring Incentive Eligible

　　Description of JobCurrent vacancy: Denver, Canon City, and Pueblo; however, we areaccepting applications for all locations. The eligibility list created fromthis posting will be used to fill current and future vacancies throughout thestate (Crowley, Buena Vista, Canon City, Delta, Denver, Limon,Pueblo, Rifle, Sterling, and Trinidad).

　　Provide professional psychologist services to inmate population incompliance with mental health guidelines, to include psychologicalassessment and evaluation of mental health needs, individual and grouptherapy, clinicaland behavioral management of inmates with mental illness. Work with otherstaff regarding the mental health needs of inmates; provide clinicalconsultation and guidance to inmates and staff; process documentation toprovide comprehensive inmate mental health records; provide crisisintervention. Communicate regularly and appropriately to inmates, clinicalstaff, and administrative supervisors to ensure continuity within the workprogram.Ensure compliance with all applicable professional, departmental,organizational, and unit standards. Positions may provide professionalservicesto the Sex Offender Treatment and Monitoring Program (SOTMP).Minimum Qualifications:* Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with aDoctorate degree in Psychology;

　　Licensure: Applicants must possess a valid Psychologist license issued bythe State of Colorado, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA);

　　Experience: Must have one (1) year of experience as a licensedpsychologist or permitted psychologist candidate.
