Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the planning and implementation of concrete frame andformwork projects. Performs jobsite inspections/audits of shoring,rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality. Responsible for assistingthe managing of project productivity, costs, quality and safetyconsistent with company policies and practices. Develops and maintainscustomer relationships to enhance company\'s ability to procureprojects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency. Creates andcoordinates material and equipment schedules and promotes theirefficient use. Coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts andassociated processes and procedures. Performs special projects andcompletes all other duties as assigned or requested for the generalsupport of the organization. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degreein Engineering, Construction Management, related degree, or itsequivalent and 6 months of work experience successfully supportingsimilar primary responsibilities meeting and exceeding performanceexpectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,as well as with customers and vendors. Detail oriented with the abilityto efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of informationregarding plan layouts, material deliveries and jobsite productivities.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements andregulations.
