Off-Premise Kitchen Manager

Salad and Go is seeking an Off-Premise Manager,to play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our Salad and Go Off-Premise Kitchen. The Off-Premise Manager will be primarily focused on facilitating all Catering and Delivery related activities, including order preparation for large orders while achieving our mission. This position requires knowledge of all Salad and Go operational standards and the ability to perform positional tasks at a high level of speed and accuracy for large group and individual orders. The Off-Premise Manager is also responsible for fostering a positive and efficient work environment while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs); to analyze Catering/Delivery performance and trends to develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement; to act as an operational partner to store and market leadership that exemplify Salad and Go’s mission through every interaction; and to support the ongoing sales growth and execution of the market’s strategies and goals.
As the Off-Premise Manager, you will:
Maintain excellent food quality and appearance through adherence to Salad and Go Catering product and recipe specifications.
Partner with District Manager and Market Director to strategize Market sales growth.
Review and analyze financial data weekly and initiate corrective actions to increase sales and profits.
Own P&L and inventory management, while also partnering with Marketing to develop sales initiatives/community engagement.
Own training and development for all Team Members and Shift Leads.
Communicate effectively with Guests on following up with orders and through GUEST Recovery.
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years of restaurant catering management in field operations with sales building experience a plus.
Lead all store operations and report to District Manager
Skilled at verbal and written communication.
Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week; including weekends.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
