  The Product Sales Executive, XP Women’s Health, is a field sales and productexpert position focused on selling XP Mammography products. This is anexcellent opportunity for an individual that is highly competitive, desires topincome, works well in a team-selling environment and strives to win and besuccessful. Our products are industry and clinically recognized as being thebest for both patient care and providers. We are searching for top ProductSales Executive professionals looking to build their own franchise and realizevirtually uncapped earnings potential.

  This role reports to the Director, Women’sHealth Sales, and XP Business Line for Siemens Healthineers.

  Locations: Alabama, Florida

  Responsibilities

  Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (forexample, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).

  Product Sales Support includes product positioning andproduct presentations

  Will guide the development and execution of strategicaccount plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets

  Develops, builds and cultivates long-term relationshipswith key management within the customer organization.

  Assists management in devising sales plans andstrategies, develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for productsales channels.

  Ensures Account Executives are knowledgeable on XPWomen’s Health Products to drive business

  Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience

  BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, whererequired, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  3+ years’ experience in sales or product specialistrole, healthcare field preferred

  Experience carrying large quotas and working with longsales cycles as well as demonstrated success at meeting and exceedingthose quotas.

  Must have experience working with sales quotas,forecasting.

  Successful track record of meeting and exceeding salesgoals.

  Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience

  Specific experience selling diagnostic imagingequipment

  3+ years capital equipment sales experience tohospitals and/or imaging centers preferably or equivalentclinical/technical experience.

  Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, StrategicSelling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Hieman, etc. a strongplus.
