Job Opportunity: Cash Recovery Analyst (Accounts A/P, A/R)
Location: open for Remote ( Preferred locals to Winston Salem, NC)
Overview: Join our team as a Cash Recovery Analyst, supporting our client in reconciling payment discrepancies with vendors. This full-time (40hours per week position) offers 90% remote work flexibility, presenting an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in P2P and global vendor master data projects.
Responsibilities:
Utilize reconciliation and analysis skills to identify and resolve root causes efficiently.
Monitor and resolve aging issues with vendors on the Cash Recovery Working file.
Adhere to new controls in the Cash Recovery process developed by the client.
Resolve house bank activity issues related to incorrect suppliers.
Maintain and secure approval for all desktop procedures related to Cash Recovery processes.
Address vendor and cash recovery questions regarding payment issues.
Collaborate with client IT to resolve vendor-related issues.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in P2P and global vendor master data projects.
Strong understanding of vendor onboarding and master data processes.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a good grasp of technology.
Capability to manage diverse stakeholders in an international setting.
Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders, and partners.
Advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
