Job Description:

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for cleaning store floors by following store/company floor care maintenance schedule, communicating with store management team to coordinate special procedures to ensure the that the work shift contributes positively to the best interests of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Clean, sweep, scrub, strip, wax, buff or vacuum floors in accordance with established store procedures, schedules or guidelines.

Notify Store Management if products and supplies need to be ordered.

Maintain a clean and attractive store.

Clean all baseboards, restrooms, conference rooms per established guidelines.

Responsible for light equipment maintenance as needed; keep batteries charged in floor machines.

Keep floor mats clean and in good condition.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
