Description We are seeking a Cash Management Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, your primary functions will be within the operational accounting sector of the fuel distribution industry. This job presents a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity where you will be handling cash management tasks, processing transactions, and maintaining precise records.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake bank A/R drafting for clients

• Provide support for fuel transactions that are drafted but not yet entered into the accounting system

• Assist in the maintenance of process documentation and contribute to annual audits

• Analyze accounts, process transaction level entries, and collaborate with others to rectify discrepancies

• Investigate and reconcile any variances between EFT drafts from bank statements and vendor remittances

• Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Monitor customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Able to perform Billing Functions accurately

• Understand and manage Cash Activity effectively

• Demonstrated experience with Cash Applications

• Capable of reviewing and analyzing Bank Statements

• Ability to identify and resolve Invoice Discrepancies

• Familiar with processing Banking Transactions
