We are seeking compassionate, professional Case Managers and/or Social Workers to provide case management, pregnancy counseling, and parenting/adoption education and support through our Pregnancy and Parenting Services in Franklin County, MO. They will have the opportunity to provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management services to pregnant women, birth families, as well as families in crisis.

Duties

Provide effective counseling and case management to client populationsEstablish and maintain appropriate, current community networks and interactions, in cooperation with program supervisors and staff.Provide consultation and input to leadership for the program as requestedContinue professional growth and development such as cultural competence, social diversity, therapeutic and intervention techniques as related to job duties.Qualifications

Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.

Case Manager or Social Worker Bachelors-Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.

Case Manager or Social Worker Masters -Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.Two years experience with Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources and/or care coordinator.
