Put yourknowledge of the criminal justice system, familiarity with current OWIlaws and knowledge of local AODA treatment programs to use in yourcontributions to a 110-year-old nonprofit, human service organization.As a member of our Waukesha County Court Services program, join us inour mission to \"provide innovative opportunities for individuals toovercome adversity\" through our pretrial case management of repeatintoxicated driving offenders for the Circuit Courts of Waukesha County.As the Court Case Manager for the Waukesha County Intoxicated DriverIntervention Program, you will also work as a team, sharing all aspectsof caseload responsibilities, to include but not limited to: conductingintakes, writing court letters, obtaining essential court caseinformation, ongoing CCAP checks, treatment updates, meeting withparticipants, and staffing cases. You will maintain on-goingcommunication with treatment providers to assure participant complianceand open communications with counselors. Additionally, you will maintainaccurate participant records to include detailed documentation of allcontacts with participants, referrals made and pertinent informationrelated to all pending cases. Monitor bail conditions of defendantsordered by the Court into the Intoxicated Driver Intervention Program toinclude scheduling and providing weekly supervision in the office.Provide accurate and complete written reports to the court to includeregular updates as well as non-compliance reports. Conduct and recordrandom drug testing on participants. Weekend drug and preliminary breathtesting as scheduled, Saturdays 7:00am-10:00am.
