  OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANYFOX Entertainment

  With a legacy spanning more than 35 years, FOX Entertainment is one of the world's most recognizable media brands and a prolific content producer across its iconic broadcast network and both owned and third-party streaming platforms. Known for its independent, innovative spirit and provocative, groundbreaking storytelling, the company was reinvented in 2019 with the formation of FOX Entertainment. While maintaining its leadership in broadcast television (9-1-1: Lone Star, The Simpsons, The Cleaning Lady, Hell's Kitchen, LEGO Masters), the company is actively building a portfolio of businesses and library of owned original content. To date, FOX Entertainment's long-term growth strategy has included the acquisitions of award-winning animation studio Bento Box Entertainment (Bob's Burgers, The Great North, Krapopolis, Grimsburg), entertainment platform TMZ, and global production studio MarVista Entertainment (The Way Home, Rescuing Christmas), as well as the formation of the culinary and lifestyle content venture Studio Ramsay Global (Next Level Chef, Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars) in partnership with Gordon Ramsay. The company also established its in-house unscripted studio FOX Alternative Entertainment (The Masked Singer, Snake Oil, I Can See Your Voice, Name That Tune), FOX Entertainment Studios (Animal Control) to develop scripted content, and worldwide content sales unit FOX Entertainment Global.

  JOB DESCRIPTIONFox Entertainment is re-entering the international distribution business. FOX Entertainment Global is responsible for overseeing the global, multi-platform sales and distribution of intellectual property, owned and produced by FOX Entertainment and its growing portfolio of business units including Fox Alternative Entertainment, MarVista Entertainment, Fox Entertainment Studios, TMZ, Tubi, Bentobox and Studio Ramsay Global as well as, premium content acquired from outside producers.

  FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Director of Content Sales. This role is responsible for overseeing Latin American linear and streaming content sales throughout multiple territories and pan-regional deals across our content portfolio.

  A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  Drive multi-platform content sales activities including but not limited to creating availability listings, pitching content, negotiating deal terms, and strategizing with partners and internal stakeholders to drive account growthRun high volume of content licensing deals across various rights and windowsPinpoint customers' content needs and drive expansion of existing partnerships to maximize revenue streamsDevelop new business opportunities and client engagementProactively communicate and build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure best-in-class business practices and customer serviceMaintain a deep understanding of content ecosystem and distribution within a perpetually changing landscapeTravel to major annual content sales markets, Los Angeles offices, and other sales travel as neededAccurately report all sales communication details i.e. calls, emails, and meetings in Salesforce each week to advance cross-collaboration within the content sales department and across the FEG organizationOther duties as assigned by leadership

  WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  Bachelor's degree in a related field8+ years of relevant professional experienceExperience, ability, and desire to provide a high level of client service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with people at all levelsThorough knowledge of distribution, rights, and windowing within the film & TV industryAdept at handling high volume across various windows to maximize revenueStrong understanding of the breadth and depth of the Latin American client base in both linear and streaming platforms as well as the shifting dynamic of entertainment consumption including its impact on content distribution in both pan-regional and individual territoriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their unique requirementsEffective dealmaker with a keen sense of priorities and attention to detailAptitude and flexibility to work well on multiple projects in various phases of the sales cycle in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProven success in building and maintaining internal and external relationshipsProactive, positive attitude, team playerAbility to maintain confidential informationFluent in Spanish

  Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $109,000.00-152,000.00 annually for California, Washington, New York City and Westchester County, NY. $90,800.00-126,600.00 annually for Colorado. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
