　　Cennox is seeking full-time, enthusiasticCarpenters/Apprentice Carpenters to join our expanding Projects Division. We are looking for hard-working, hands-on, experienced professionals in the Philadelphia area to help us provide general labor services and are ready to work in an environment that allows you to grow, as Cennox grows....AND WE ARE CONSISTENTLY GROWING!

　　WHAT YOU'LL DO?

　　Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.

　　General demolition work without power-tools until trained by supervisor

　　Uphold quality service by following organization standards

　　Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　WHAT YOU'LL BRING?

　　Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

　　Willing to work nights and weekends

　　Minimal construction experiencenecessary

　　Ability to assist carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-site

　　Strong communication skills

　　Ability to prioritize a workload

　　PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

　　Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds

　　Ability to work indoors and outside (including during inclement weather)

　　Ability to stand for long periods of time

　　Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
