JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a deadline-driven constructionsuperintendent to oversee our construction project and to act as thelink between various project parties. The construction superintendentwill lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all workon site. The construction superintendent will be responsible fororderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Youwill ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materialsare available on-site at all times. You will liaise with inspectionauthorities regarding approvals. To ensure success you should completeprojects on time and within budget, and never compromise on quality. Topcandidates will be strong leaders, pro-active, and perform well underpressure. Construction Superintendent Responsibilities: Leading andmanaging the on-site construction team. Coordinating and overseeing allwork on site. Attending production meetings. Reviewing and becomingfamiliar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these.Ensuring quality standards are met. Placing orders for materials, and isresponsible for equipment and materials on site. Following the projecttimeline to ensure deadlines are met. Monitoring and ensuring on-sitesafety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness. Maintaining records forsite personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals. ConstructionSuperintendent Requirements: 5+ years experience as a constructionsuperintendent. Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel. Proficientwith scheduling software, and CAE and CAD applications. Proficient withtaking and uploading digital photographs. Ability to lift 40 pounds andto operate heavy equipment. Ability to interpret and build according todrawings, specifications, and other documents. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
