　　We are looking for a career-minded carpenter with experience in residential construction.

　　Tasks include,but are not limited to:

　　Rough framingRoofing (installation of underlayment, shingles, and steel panels)Installation of siding and soffitInstallation of exterior doors and windowsInstallation of sheetrock and kalboardFinish carpentry (installation of interior doors, cabinets, counter tops and millwork)Installation of floor covering (wood and laminate)Requirements include:

　　One or more years of related work experience preferred, but not required.Experience operating hand toolsKnowledge of building materialsAbility to read prints and/or follow directions from leadershipAbility to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.Proven work historyPay Scale:$50,000 - $60,000 Depending on Qualifications
