PeopleReady Skilled Trades is actively seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters for various projects throughout Richmond VA. The ideal candidates will be all-around carpenters with experience in nearly every aspect of Commercial construction, work expertly and efficiently to assemble and erect frameworks, install flooring, windows, doors, interior trim, cabinetry, roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, and more.

　　The pay rate for this job is $25 - $28 / hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　Reading blueprints and other specifications to determine methods of installation, material and tool requirements

　　Measuring, marking, and cutting metal framing and trim to size -Installing metal studs and prepping for wallboard installation

　　Installing decorative trim for windows

　　Complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulatory practices.

　　Qualifications:

　　All hand tools, skill saw, and screw gun

　　OSHA 10 or willing to obtain

　　Lift large objects, and perform typical construction tasks

　　Must be able to read measuring tape and level
