JOB DESCRIPTION: To develop proficiency and provide assistance in supervising Caribou operations and merchandising. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and positive working conditions for employees.

　　JOB TYPE: Full time-40 hours/week

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:Works closely with Hornbacher's Caribou specialist and store managerPromotes and develops Caribou cultureTrains team membersCreates a neighborhood gathering placeUpholds Caribou customer service standardsResponsible for safety and sanitationInvolved in performance management activities: performance appraisals, disciplinary action, regular feedbackFocuses on efforts to maximize profits and increase sales

　　QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant should have proven leadership and problem solving skills. Candidate should possess strong communication and relational skills. Previous supervision and Caribou experience is required.
