Enhances the abundant life of residents by providing assistance through performance of routine direct and indirect resident activities according to established policies and procedures. Maintains resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident acceptance of support plans and responds promptly to overall resident needs. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age.
