Masonicare at Home is Masonicare's non-medical homecare agency.We are currently hiring private caregivers and homemakers for live-in OR hourly live-out work throughout the state. Our hourly services require a 3 hour minimum. Many of our clients are located in Masonicare facilities throughout the state of CT (Wallingford, Mystic, and Chester – AND COMING SOON Shelton, Farmington, and Newington!!). Community based clients are available as well.

Caregivers assist in a variety of ways to keep clients safe, entertained, and active at home. Duties may include:

Conversation and general companionship

Light Housekeeping

Changing bed and bath linens

Laundry

Meal Prep

Running errands

Medication reminders

Assist with phone calls, appointment scheduling, mail

Recreation: reading, games, crafts, outdoor/indoor walks, etc.

Drive or accompany client to appointments: doctor, hair salon, nail salon, etc.

Bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care and feeding.

Toileting and incontinence Care

Assisting with exercises, ambulation and transfer activities
