　　Caregiver Requirements  

　　Be at least 18 years of age 

　　6 months of related experience ( can be personal or professional)

　　Valid Driver's License

　　Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

　　Ability to pass background check

　　Ability to pass drug test

　　Ability to lift 50 LBS
