JOB REQUIREMENTS: To oversee the daily operations of the Lookout Bar andEatery to enhance our guests dining experience through the highest ofservice standards. -Responsible for the daily operations of the LookoutBar and Eatery. -Achieve appropriate staffing within the departmentsutilizing proper interviewing and hiring procedures. -Train andsupervise the staff of all area\'s utilizing an on-going trainingprogram. -Supervises the staff in the delivery of services. -Manageguest/group reservations for the Lookout Bar and Eatery and specialevents. -Schedule staff consistent with the volume of business and guestneeds and with budgetary guidelines. -Maintain outlet facilities andequipment in good working order by identifying maintenance needs andpreparing and logging all maintenance requests. -Inform staff of dailyspecials, price changes and property events on a daily basis. -Maintainsall money handling controls in the outlets. -Close out register andreconciles cash at the end of the shift. -Ensure that all reservationsfor guests are controlled, including table assignments, sectionassignments, timely seating. -Assist guest with any special request,problems or concerns that may arise. -Performs the duties of Host,Waitstaff, Busperson, Bartender, Barback, Expeditor and Food Runner asneeded. -Assist and supervisor in any food or beverage outlets whennecessary.
