WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Career Development (CD) team sits within the HR function at BCG and manages all aspects of performance and potential for BCG's LAB Consultants. There are 11 people in the LAB Career Development team who support ~900 consultants across London, Amsterdam, and Brussels. The team run periodic meetings called Career Development Committees where we assess the performance of our consultants and guide them through building core skills and their future journey within BCG (e.g., international transfers, secondments, etc).
We are recruiting for a Career Development Coordinator to join our fast paced and high-pressure environment. The role will take on the following core responsibilities and other ad-hoc projects related to the career development:
What you'll do
Prepare and attend the Associate/Consultant (A/Cs) Career Development Committee meetings: Schedule, organize the meetings
Prepare CD dossiers, ensuring we have all evaluations or necessary information in time for the meetings
Attend the Career Development Committee meetings (+- 8 times per year)
Take notes of CD recommendations, or any useful information/action
Document and help to implement actions from the CD committee meetings
Collaborate with other HR teams including Learning and Development, HR, Mobility and Staffing
Update timely and accurately BCG's HRIS platform (Workday) and other tools (Trello, Excel).
Support the A/Cs and the Career Development Advisors (CDA) with CD related question (Workday, CD policy, etc)
Manage the tracking/chasing administration around the performance
Support with the allocation of Career Advisors, mentors and Office Contribution;
Support the LAB CD team in delivering initiatives and projects (Pathways, Bonus, etc).

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Professionals experience within a related People function (HR, Talent, Recruiting, L&D, Staffing)
Knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel
Proven administration skills, having worked with high volume admin in the past
University Graduate (Preferred)
