This work is donewithin a collaborative team throughout the NTC district where effortsare focused on engaging with K12 and community partners, outreach andparticipation in local organizations, attending events and meetings, andhosting students at NTC\'s campuses, highlighting high demand programs,state-of-the-art facilities, and flexible learning options. *Thisposition will serve and be located in our Northern Region at the NTCPhillips campus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities The followingduties are primarily performed and are essential for this position.Employees are expected to be able to perform each of these job dutiessatisfactorily and successfully with or without reasonableaccommodation. Adult + K-12 Recruitment: First point of contact forprospective students, assist with navigating career pathways andencouraging application to NTC. This work is done on NTC campuses andon-site at local high schools. Regular travel is required. Providecareer and post-secondary educational planning services to prospectiveadult and high school students, to include comprehensive collegeinformation, admission processes, financial aid, NTC resources andservices, making referrals and following up as appropriate. Assessindividual needs of area high schools to provide career andpost-secondary planning services to support Academic and Career Planning(ACP) initiatives.
