　　Job Summary:

　　TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a cardiac device advanced practice provider interested in joining our employed cardiology group in Nashville, Tennessee.

　　Qualified Candidates:

　　Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification

　　Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain

　　Practice follows more than 5K CIEDs (cardiac implantable electronic devices)

　　Primarily outpatient

　　Experience analyzing and reprogramming cardiac pacemaker and AICDs

　　Experience reviewing and managing remote device transmission is required

　　Managing CIEDs recalls/advisories

　　IBHRE certification or CDRMS certification preferred

　　Ability to work independently

　　Full time, M-F, no weekends
