Position Summary:

Rise with us and be the “face of the hotel” - engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure

Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies

Lead your bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates

Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to the team

Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features hotel offerings

Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, reinforcing our commitment to wellness inside our walls and beyond

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing

Ensure all guest’s wellbeing requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner

Be the main point of contact for all external internal clients for the department

Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures

About You:

A current driver’s license

Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role

Working rights in Australia

Enthusiastic to escalate your career

Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
