The Global Capacity Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing VBU overall Capacity strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity for APT, HTS, TPMS, MEMS, MSG and EV product families. In addition, play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders

General Responsibilities

Manage a team of demand planning specialists to oversee supply chain, product planning and all other daily operations

Supervise time to meet with / partnerships with necessary external vendors and internal departments such as supply chain, marketing, customer service, engineering etc.

Supervise inventory targets to efficiently use necessary products and to work with purchasing to determine necessary items

Manage demand forecast accuracy goal

Experience / Qualifications

A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members

Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Strong interpersonal collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
