We offer a variety of Impact Network Groups led by team members who are passionate about driving engagement, creating awareness of diverse backgrounds and experiences, and building inclusion across the organization.We are currently seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager that will be responsible for the management of investments on the behalf of clients and trusts within Old National Wealth Management. The incumbent will manage assigned relationships of smaller accounts investing per stated allocations. The Associate Portfolio Manager is responsible for technical execution of the portfolio strategy and ensures the assets remain aligned with the stated investment objective as documented in the investment policy statement. This role calls for an experienced professional with strong relationship management skills and abilities to operate in a team environment to deliver Old National's client value proposition.Key AccountabilitiesManagement of investment portfolios:Provide ongoing oversight of assigned Old National Trust & Asset Management accounts. Recommend and implement changes to the holdings and asset allocation to maintain compliance with strategies and policies including the proper asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, implementing investment changes, and raising cash.Transition non-compliant portfolios to approved strategies.Manage account liquidity to provide for ongoing cash demands and distributions.Complete all special requests on assigned accounts to maintain cash needs based on client requests.Perform annual Reg. 9 Investment Reviews for assigned accounts and ensure full compliance with regulations.Relationship management and development:Partners with Wealth associates in client presentations, review of portfolio structure and investment performance reporting.Serves as the relationship expert Trust and Asset Management's investment capabilities, economics, and market environment.Prepares and presents detailed investment information to clients.Assists Trust and Asset Management associates with business development efforts.Team participation:Participate in weekly Portfolio Manager meetings.Work individually or with a team on assigned projects.Key Competencies for PositionTechnical Knowledge - Demonstrate mastery of the software utilized by ONTAM's investment department. (IE: FIS, Charles River, Morningstar, First Rate, and Microsoft Office.)Critical Thinking and Decision Making - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current economic and financial market conditions.Influencing Others - Maintain in-depth knowledge of ONTAM Strategies and the ability to present and explain the use of appropriate strategy to clients and team members.Communicating with Impact - Special projects and presentations as assigned.Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree - Business, finance, economics. or relevant degree.Ability to obtain CFA or other advanced certification desired for more senior levels.0 - 3 years of portfolio management or investment related experienceAbility to multitask,
