　　The Campground Attendant helps maintain the Zephyr Cove Resort Campground campsites and provides exceptional customer service to all campground and lodge guests.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Provide exceptional customer service to all campground and resort guests, answering questions and resolving concerns in collaboration with team

　　Utilize cash handling skills to assist campground guests with firewood and ice purchases

　　Inspect campsites for permits, reservations and Forest Service regulations.

　　Educate park visitors on campground and Forest Service rules and regulations

　　Assist with cleaning of comfort stations and campground facilities

　　Aid maintenance department with needed repairs in campground

　　Drive company vehicle to and from main lodge property for administrative functions as needed

　　Walk the campground and enforce all regulations including but not limited to pet regulations, teasing/feeding wild animals, cutting down live vegetation, and noise

　　Qualifications

　　Must possess valid US drivers license

　　Previous campground or reservations experience preferred

　　Customer service experience required

　　Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment in variable weather conditions
