About Campaign Development Lead, Agile Digital Team

  Job Description

  This individual serves as the Campaign Development Lead for the Agile Digital Team (ADT) for the Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) capability for US Oncology.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  Leads the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications plans and multi-channel programs that support the strategic imperatives of the Interactive Visual Aid (IVA)Serves as core participant in shaping the key strategic objectives for the IVA for US OncologyEnsures all tactics are prioritized, and developed to align with customer experience plan to achieve desired customer experienceWorks closely with Pan Tumor Digital Engagement Director and core team to lead the prioritization of the backlog - communicating operational directives to the agency partners and stakeholders.Leads any applicable Indication Launch and Safety Label UpdatesEvaluates the revalidation of assets to ensure continued alignment with campaign or to discontinueContinually plots, refines, pressure-tests, and communicates Release Plans based on operational obligations, technical requirements, and Label EventsDrives operational synergies and collaboration among key ADT stakeholders - establishes new processes and documentation to ensure appropriate prioritization and speed-to-marketFosters a test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation and accountability; committed to applying agile values and practices to promote rapid decision makingKnows the customer: demonstrates a deep understanding of customer segments, information needs and digital preferencesHarnesses strong comprehension of the FDA/ OPDP approval process and submission of resources under Sub-Part E approvalsManages the ADT budget - leading the creation and monitoring of Agency scopes of work specific to the Agile Digital TeamEnsures all activities are conducted in full compliance with our Company policies, values and standardsDemonstrates Company Leadership Behaviors and our Company Ways of Working Principles

  Position Qualifications:

  Education:

  Bachelor's Degree requiredMasters in Business Administration preferred

  Required:

  Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support of pharmaceutical productsDemonstrated ability to execute a brand or customer marketing strategyExperience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamworkExcellent scenario planning, problem solving, and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environmentProficiency influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teamsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in ambiguous situations, working outside existing processes or structures to overcome obstaclesVast experience in the end-to-end commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies, review, and delivery processAgency/vendor management skills

  Preferred:

  Knowledge/experience leading iPad / Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) content development and executionUnderstands fundamentals of a Platform Design SystemAgile experience or working knowledge of Agile PrinciplesProduct launch or launch planning experienceMarket research experienceVeeva/PromoMats experienceCampaign and Message Development experienceKnowledge/experience with the Oncology Marketplace

  U.S. Hybrid Work Model

  Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
