  Promotes Chevron’s products and services to increase customer engagement and generate demand to drive retention and growth. Manages the process for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging value proposition of our offerings to the customers and partners. Analyzes customer insights and competitive intelligence to uncover market opportunities. Develops marketing strategies and plans, executes marketing campaigns and programs.

  Supports clients/customers and assists with functional projects under regular supervision. Has a general knowledge of the work group.

  Global Service Center Overview:   

   

  The Chevron Global Customer Service Center is a team of 400 Customer Service Center & Technology professionals, spread out in 17 countries across the globe which provides a cost-effective, effortless, and digitally enabled experience for our internal partners and external customers as they engage with Chevron across the globe.  

   

  Our Manila location is composed of 250 employees composed of supervisors, team leaders, subject matter experts and customer service representatives. We provide support to different regions where Chevron has a presence.   Chevron is accepting online applications for the Campaign Designer position .  

  Summary:

  This is a technical hands-on role which will play an integral part in executing and administering multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a proven track record of owning personalization to increase customer interaction.

  Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  Define, build and maintain multi-channel customer journeys

  QA & sign-off on content, journey function, experience

  Supporting Task Details:

  Builds, QA test & maintains key content templates

  Supports Continuous Improvement of journey and process functionality

  Ownership and stewarding of personalization capabilities

  Build, test and maintain key content templates

  Supporting Task Details:

  Leverages as is Journey & creates simple single channel journeys

  Journey entry settings & goals

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree

  4+ years marketing automation experience

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification

  Expertise working with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email/Mobile/Interaction Studio

  In-depth understanding of APEX and REST/SOAP APIs

  Knowledge of marketing automation best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification

  Relocation Options:  

  Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.  

   

  International Considerations:  

  Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
