This position is temp to hire.NOT A REMOTE POSITIONShift: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-4:00p Pay: $14/hour
Your first 3-4 months will be spent in training to process medical claims and help troubleshoot customer problems. Once training is complete, your hours will change to 10:00a-7:00p, Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday, depending on the companies needs at the time of placement. You will also receive a pay increase and call based incentives.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls to answer questions, handle complaints, or troubleshoot.Escalate complaints and troubleshooting to appropriate channels if needed.Handling customer information confidentially.Relaying important information to customer.Determining the customers eligibility for programs or resolutions.Processing and filing FSA claims.Qualifications:
1-2 years of call center experience preferredMedical claims and billing knowledge preferredCustomer service experience a mustProfessional attitude and ability to stay calm a mustReliability a mustMust submit a resume that reflects job relevant experienceWeekly pay and benefits available
