The College of Fine Arts seeks a Manager of Graduate Student Services. This position provides critical community building and student support for all CFA graduate students by planning, delivering, and completing services, tasks, programming and communications in support of the graduate student population at CFA. Role has significant impact in continuity of graduate student services and communications, and continuing graduate student retention, with special attention to developing and executing programming and communications across all platforms that are inclusive, equitable and diverse. Additional components of work include incoming student onboarding, graduate student event planning and execution, current graduate student communications and problem solving, graduate student loan application processing and support and execution of business functions relating to graduate instruction. Collaborate with the Director of Graduate Student Services on essential student services support related to academic status, student record auditing, statistical reporting, events, and the BU graduate student experience.
