　　Field and send written business correspondence

　　Receive and place telephone calls Requirements - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

　　Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

　　Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Solid understanding of data entry

　　Experience using Microsoft Office

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
