　　What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative?

　　You’ll be:

　　Making outbound/receiving inbound calls on accounts that are up to 30 days past due.

　　Identifying root cause of customer delinquency and generating effective resolutions with negotiation skills and educating the customer

　　Assisting customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available

　　Processing payments and payoffs

　　Adhering to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures

　　Effectively contributing to Customer Satisfaction

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　Are flexible to work a schedule 8am – 8pm

　　Monday-Friday 8am - 5 pm OR 11 am - 8pm , schedule varies depending on call volume.

　　Saturday 8am - noon , 2-3 times per month

　　Have experience in customer service, call center, or soft/relationship collections.

　　Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

　　Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　Have experience in auto-dialer collections (preferred)
