　　Major responsibilities

　　May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Manage incoming telephone calls

　　Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications Requirements - Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

　　Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Strong customer service and office administrative skills

　　Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Advanced Microsoft Office skills

　　2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

　　Excellent problem-solving skills

　　Strong computer skills including customer database systems

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyData entry experience
