Description We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Ag/Commercial Banker to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build and strengthen relationships. What does a day look like as a AG/Commercial Banker? As Ag/Commercial Banker you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships in an assigned area. Primary focus is on loan and deposit production. This position focuses on building relationships and sourcing new business to ensure these opportunities are pursued appropriately. This position will uphold and embrace CCF's Mission, Vision, and Values every day by collaborating with colleagues across all departments to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Must haves: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field. Substitution: Five (5) years of directly related full time experience performing commercial banking functions may be considered in lieu of the degree. Three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry specific to commercial banking. Three (3) years of experience working in sales or customer service.
