　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Field and send out send written business correspondence

　　Receive and place telephone calls

　　Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Excellent computer skills

　　Data entry experience desired

　　Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyPositive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

　　Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite

　　Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
