Pay: \$16.28/hr with an additional \$2/hr Hours Worked Incentive (HWI)*
Hours of Operation: 7 days a week 5:00AM-9:00PM PST.
Full Time Schedule: 40 hours per week with OT based on business needsand can fall anywhere within hours of operation.
Work Location: 200 W Hanley Ave. Coeur dAlene, Idaho 83814. Onsite first90 days minimum, then Hybrid 2 days a week at home, 3 days a weekonsite: based on attendance and performance.

Call Center Customer Service Agents provide quality technical andcustomer service support, ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include resolving inquiries efficiently, assisting withbilling and payments, analyzing call trends for improvement,communicating product value, and offering solutions to customer needsand technical challenges.

\$2/hr Hours Worked Incentive (must work 72 hours in a pay period to beeligible).
\$750 Joining Bonus: \$200 paycheck after 30 days, \$200 paycheck after60 days, \$350 paycheck after 90 days of continuous employment.
Paid Onsite Training, Competitive wages based on position.
Full-Time 40 hrs per week with opportunity for overtime.

Childcare Reimbursement up to \$250 monthly after 90 days of employment.
\$750 Employee Referral Bonus with no cap: \$200 paycheck after 30 days,\$200 paycheck after 60 days, and \$350 paycheck after 90 days.
\$25 Internet/Gas Stipend per month after 60 days of employment.
2 paid You Days: one earned after 90 days and 120 days.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide professional, courteous service,addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Call Handling and Communication: Manage high call volumes with apositive attitude, following scripts for accurate communication.
Issue Resolution and Escalation: Identify customer needs, troubleshootproblems, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Product Knowledge and Data Entry: Develop a comprehensive understandingof products and services while accurately maintaining customerinformation.
Documentation, Collaboration, and Quality Assurance: Prepare reports,collaborate within the team, adhere to quality standards, andcontinuously learn for improvement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role ispreferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant computerapplications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations calmly andprofessionally.
Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including evenings,weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
