Description

　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our clients team in El Segundo. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Paycor, QuickBooks, and, if possible, experience with Epicor. Familiarity with Great Plains is desirable but not mandatory. The selected candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in Spanish is required. Additionally, if the candidate has the capability to handle payables, it would be considered a valuable asset.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process and manage payroll using Paycor, QuickBooks, and potentially Epicor.

　　Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

　　Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to payroll.

　　Assist with accounts payable tasks if applicable and within skill set.

　　Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.

　　Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

　　Collaborate with other departments to address payroll-related queries.

　　Prepare reports and summaries for management.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Prior experience with Paycor and QuickBooks is essential.

　　Familiarity with Epicor (ideal but not mandatory) and Great Plains (desirable).

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.

　　Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.

　　Ability to start within the next few weeks and work until late April.

　　Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.

　　Strong organizational and communication skills.
