We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Advisor to join our team. This individual will consult with our prospective customers and lead them through the journey of prospect to a satisfied customer. They will take inbound leads, manage existing customers, sell our add on products, and always make sure the customer comes first in every scenario.
Key Responsibilities
Take and close inbound leads
Overcome objections to close the sale
Efficiently manage all accounts and ensure customers are contacted in a timely manner
Tactfully recommend and sell our add on products
Required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
2-5 years of sales experience and/or account management
Prior utilization of Five9 and SalesForce gets bonus points
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a dedication to putting team first
College student/graduate or equivalent experience preferred
