　　Summary: The Utility person is responsible for operating all the production equipment in the absence of the operator when required,

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist in production functions including operating production machines, janitorial, etc.Relieve production employees for breaks, lunches, etc.Maintain proper cleaning of production floor during production hours.During the off season, outside of pack, will be responsible for soda blasting of all equipment required for pack.Snow removal.Upkeep of building and grounds, including Seasonal Cafe and housing.Work 12-hour shifts and weekends during the production months or when directed by Plant Superintendent.Ability to work overtime during busy season or when directed by supervisor.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

　　Ability to use cleaning equipment.Ability to operate production equipment.Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.Must be able to climb ladders, twist, bend and crawl into awkward spaces, prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete floors, must be able to lift up to 50lbs at a time, using proper lifting techniques and assistance if greater than 50lbs.
